My name tags aren't printing out right. Why?

If the labels aren't printing out with the correct orientation or two labels are printing out, you'll need to check your printer configuration.

On a Windows machine:

1)  Select Printers and Faxes from your Control Panel
2)  Highlight your Dymo Printer in the list
3)  Click on the link for "set printer properties"
4)  Click on the button for "Printing Preferences"
5)  If you are using the 30256 labels, make sure the orientation is landscape.  If you are using the 30334 labels, make sure the orientation is portrait.
6)  Next click on the "Advanced" button.  Make sure the paper size is set to the right size label stock (30256 or 30334)
7)  Click OK to save these changes.

If this does not solve the problem, make sure you are using the correct size label stock.  Only 30256 and 30334 size are supported with the child check in system.

On a Mac:

The printing characteristics should already be set.  If you are having a problem with multiple labels printing out, make sure you are using the correct label stock (30256 or 30334).  Any other label size will cause the name tags and parent tags to print out incorrectly
