Check In Features

The following chart illustrates the different functionality available in Roll Call's child check-in system.

Allows a child or adult to check in or check out of a class or group meeting
Multiple children from a family can be checked in at the same time
A person can check into multiple classes at one time
Your church can set up "un-manned" stations so families can check themselves in with a bar code scan, finger print scan or the last 4 digits of their phone number.
You can use a "manned" stations to check families in based on a name search, phone or family number.
You can check folks in using a bar code scan
Check people in using a fingerprint scan (Windows only)
You can use a touchscreen monitor
Prints out a name tag and parent tag after check in
Can print multiple name tags for use with diaper bag, etc
Can use family number or random number on parent tag.
Picture of child/person checking in can be displayed on check in screen
Allergies are printed on name tag
One time notes can be printed on name tag
Visitors can be checked into the system
Attendance is automatically recorded
After the check in process is complete, you can print a check-in roster that shows everyone who checked into the class.
The check in screen can be customized with your logo, header and color scheme
You can check students out with the system or by comparing security numbers on the name tags
If you check out using the system, any custody comments will be displayed upon check out
Data is housed locally
Multiple check in stations can be set up via a network router.
