There really is no better way to understand who is regularly attending your church than by recording attendance. The attendance tracking portion of Roll Call  allows you to record worship attendance as well as group and class attendance.

Simply click on the name of the person who was present and an X will be placed in front of their name.  Use the "type ahead" feature to quickly scroll through your membership list.

Use the attendance reporting tool to find people that have been absent or present so many times.  Set your own parameters for how many weeks you want to "look back", what service you want to consider and the "how many weeks" criteria.

The attendance report list the people that met your "attendance criteria".  It will also display in a graphical format the attendance for each person.  The dashes represent a week that they were absent, while a number indicates the number of events they attended in that week.  Use this report as a basis for your follow-up campaign.
