The contact management portion of Roll Call church database allows you to keep addresses, phone numbers and email addresses for everyone in your congregation or parish.  From this single window you can view everyone in the family.  You can also view specific individual information such as cell phone, pager a fax number under the phones tab. 

Roll Call can track so much more than just contact information.  Notice the other tabs for visitation, attendance, significant dates, group involvements, comments, pictures an pledges.

Your church may also have other types of information that you want to capture about your members that are not Roll Call standard fields.  No problem.  You can use our custom fields to create new database fields to capture that information.

Need to send an email to all your members or to another group of people?  This is easily accomplished without having to leave Roll Call.  From within the program, just click "send email" and you can send a plain text email to that set of people.  You can even send an attachment.  This can be a great money saving tool to send out those newsletters.  Or a great way to keep your congregation informed of the upcoming events.


Do you need to write a letter to your small group leaders?  Or maybe invite all the women to an upcoming Bible study?  Roll Call contains a built in word processor.  You can quickly compose letters and print them out for everyone in your select list.  These letters can be saved as templates and used again in the future.  Saving you time!
