The giving statements in Roll Call are quite easy to run. You pick the format, quarterly, annual, summary or Canadian. Then pick the criteria and information to be printed on the receipt.
Roll Call gives you quite a bit of flexibility for choosing what is included on the statement. You can set them up to print on stationary or you can have them print so a return address and donor's address will show through a #9 two window envelope. You can also decide if you want pledge information displayed in the statement.
There are several text areas on the statement that you can customize. The first text area is where you can put the thank you letter portion of the statement. There is a footer that can be entered to indicate that no goods or services were received. This footer will be printed at the bottom of each page.
The Canadian format gives you the required text plus any appraisal information that is required.
