The donation reporting section of Roll Call is quite powerful, yet very flexible and easy to use. All the donation reports are listed on the left sidebar. You simply click on the report you wish to generate, enter the criteria for that report.. for example what date range, funds and type of donor, then select what data you'd like to see on the report.
In this example, lets take a look at the donor summary report. This report gives you a list of the donors for your time frame and fund categories. Notice on the right side of the window, you can select to send email, write a letter, or create mailing labels for this set of donors.
There are so many different standard reports. You can view a donor's giving detail, or summarize it by fund. You can find your top givers, or donors who have given at least so many times. If you want to have fund focused reports, you can look at fund summaries by week, month or quarter. Maybe you need to find your regular attenders who haven't given at all. No problem. There is also a donation statistics report which will break down giving by association, marital status, zip code, age range, and giving ranges.
