Do you ever have the need to enter quid pro quo items? Maybe your youth group is selling t-shirts to raise money. The value of the t-shirt is $10, but many people give over $10 as a contribution. Roll Call allows you to enter the quid pro quo amount so that the end of the year statement will reflect the amount over $10 as the contribution amount.
Many churches have folks that use bill-pay to automatically contribute on a regular basis. Roll Call allows you to set these type of contributions up as recurring donations. Once you set up the recurring donation, the contribution will be posted by the software on the appropriate day, saving you data entry time.
