For the single user version of Roll Call church software:
If you are using Roll Call on a single macine and do not have security turned on, do the following:
1)  Double click on the Roll Call icon, then immediately hold down the ALT/OPTION key.
2)  Keep holding the ALT key down until you get a "look in" window.
3)  Navigate to the data file you wish to open, highlight it, click OPEN

If you are using Roll Call on a single machine and do have security turned on, do the following:
1)  Start Roll Call
2)  From the User Identification window, highlight your user name and enter your password.
3)  Press CONNECT while holding down the ALT/OPTION key
4)  Keep holding that key down until you get a "look in" window.
5)  Navigate to the data file you wish to open, highlight it, and click OPEN

For the multi-user version of Roll Call church software:
1)  Make sure to shut down Roll Call Server
2)  Double click on the Roll Call Server icon, then immediately hold down the ALT/OPTION key.
3)  Keep holding down the ALT key down until you get a "look in" window
4)  Navigate to the data file you wish to open, highlight it, and click OPEN
