Why isn't the second page of my donation receipt not printing?

If you are using version 8.2.04b.06 or earlier, the Roll Call software displays a print preview screen of the receipts. To send all pages to the printer, press the X to close the print preview. All receipts will be sent to the printer. If you press the printer icon, ONLY the first page of each receipt will be printed.
