By using Roll Call Lite church membership database you no longer need to keep multiple spreadsheets with member information. That information can all be stored in the one place. Once it’s in the software, it’s extremely easy to pull it up. The Search Profiles window in allows you to easily find people in the database with common characteristics. It’s so flexible you can even change the fields that are displayed in this search window.
To view the details simply double click on the name from the search window. The main people screen will display a list of family members on the right. You can track a primary address, alternate address, phone numbers, and email addresses. Use the custom and dates tab to set up custom fields to capture information that your church wants to track, but that we don’t have as a standard fields. The keywords area is a great place to track spiritual gifts, talents or volunteer interests.
