How do I backup?

Determine the location of your data file. On Windows there are 2 files that must be backed up: the *.4dd file and *.4dr file. On the Mac there is only one file required.

On Windows:

1. Highlight the *.4dd file as well as the *.4dr file

2. Copy the files by selecting Copy, then Paste

3. Move the copies to CD or other removable external drive

On the Mac:

1. Highlight the *.data

2. Copy the files by selecting Copy, then Paste

3. Move the copies to CD or other removable external drive
