Where can I enter information about skills and involvements?

 

This type of information can be stored in the Key Words area. You’ll probably want to spend some time thinking about what the standard values should be. That is what words do you want to denote as the key words. For example, hospitality, auto mechanic, teacher, etc. Once you have the set of words, select File>Edit Lists , click on Key Words, then the Add Item button.

Once your list of valid Key Words has been entered, go to a person’s record and click on the Key Words tab. Click on the Add Record button. Choose a key word from the drop down list. To enter another key word for this person, click Add Record again.
