How do I connect to a different data file?

If you do not use passwords, launch Roll Call by double clicking on the icon. Immediately after launching the program, press the ALT key (for Windows) or Option key (for Mac). This will bring up the data dialog box. Select your data file and press Open. Now the main Roll Call screen will be displayed and you will be connected to the data file you selected.

If you do use passwords, launch Roll Call by double clicking on the icon. Highlight your username and enter your password. Hold down the ALT key (for Windows) or Option key (for Mac) and click on the OK button. This will bring up the data dialog box. Select the data file you wish to connect to and press Open. Now the main Roll Call screen will be displayed and you will be connected to that data file.
