Roll Call Version 9.5 is released.  This version of our software includes many new features to help with contribution tracking, reporting and administration.

Latest Operating Systems - Roll Call 9.5 is written on a database version that is certified on Vista and Leopard.

Donation Reports -  It is now extremely easy to get reports that summarize a donor's giving for specific funds for a specific date range.  You can also easily produce reports that summarize giving by week, month or quarter.  Need to know your top givers or who has given so many times... no problem with our new contribution reporting system.

Recurring Donations -  Do you have folks who have "bill pay" set up with their bank to automatically give once or twice a month?  You can automatically create these donation records in Roll Call on that specified date and frequency.

Property or Non Cash Gifts -  Do you have folks that give large property gifts such as real estate, stocks or bonds?  Do that want the value of that gift to be applied to a pledge?  The sale of these gifts can now be tracked in Roll Call.  You can record the quantity, sales price, fees and net proceeds in the Non Cash Gift section.  Once the gift is posted, it can be connected to an existing pledge.

Pledge Tracking -  With Roll Call's new user interface for pledges, it is easier than ever to set up campaigns and individual pledges.  You can even email or write letters to pledgers from the same screen.

Biometrics for Child Check In -  Would you like to check students in using a finger print scanner.  Roll Call can now be integrated with the H2SYS Hamster finger print scanner system.

Backup and Transaction Logs - With Roll Call's new backup facility you can choose where you want your backups to go.  If you are using a network system, you can even use transaction logs, so all data can be recovered in case of a system failure.
