Donor Management Software
Honor Roll donor management software makes entering contributions a snap. You simply enter the last name of the donor, the type and the amount of the contribution. Cick OK & Next and you are ready to enter the next one. You can not only enter the traditional cash or check donations, but property gifts as well.
Once you have your donations in the system, summarizing the contributions is very easy. The donations reporting area will allow you to:
- List donors and all their contributions for a time period
- Summarize donations by donor for a time period
- Find out who has given over a certain amount
- Learn who has given so many times
- Spreadsheet giving by week, month or quarter
- Summarize giving by fund
- Find out how much has come in from an appeal

From the donation report output, you can print, spreadsheet the report, send an email to the donors, write a letter to the donors or produce mailing labels for those donors.
