Does your non-profit ministry track pledges? Honor Roll helps you streamline the management of those pledges. To help with your fund raising efforts, you can:
- Easily record pledges
- See at a glance if your pledge campaign is on track
- Send pledge progress letters
- Write letters, send emails, create mailing labels with the click of the mouse
- Track multi-year pledges
You can easily enter your pledge records, by entering the name of the donor, the date range of their pledge and the amount of their pledge. As you enter contributions for this donor, they are automatically connected with their pledge. This allows you to see if they are current on their pledge.
The pledge fund window displays the goal amount for your pledge campaign as well as how much has been pledged and how much has been received for that pledge.
From the pledge maintenance screen you can highlight the campaign and click "write a letter" or "send email" to create correspondence to the folks that pledged to that campaign.
