Roll Call version 11 is now available!
We are so excited to announce the release of Roll Call version 11. We feel this is our best software release yet. Here are some ways this version can benefit your church.
- Volunteers and staff will find it much easier to navigate and intuitive to use
- Each Roll Call user will be able to set up their own preferences for window size and fields displayed on search windows

User Interface Enhancements
We have completely changed the look and feel in this version. It is going to help your church become so much more productive. Here are some of the user interface type enhancements:
- Menu options on the left sidebar
- Multiple windows can be open at the same time
- Search screens are customizable. You pick the fields you want displayed
- Each user can re-size the search windows to fit their individual monitor
- Each user can "tag" people or groups that they work with
- Birthdays and visitors are displayed on home page
Email and Texting Enhancements
Communication between the church and your parishioners will be improved with this new version:
- You can send HTML emails from Roll Call
- You can use a host that requires SSL, like gmail
- You can text from Roll Call

People Screen Enhancements
In the membership area of the software we have redesigned portions of the people screen. Here are some highlights:
- The primary address and picture are displayed on the front page of a person's record
- The contributions tab includes a graphical display of the donor's giving history
- The comments area allows you to enter custody comments which can be used in the child check in system
- There are now confidential comments and background check tabs in the people screen, for those users that have access to that information
Attendance Enhancements
Roll Call now gives you the flexibility to define your church's worship services. You aren't stuck with morning, evening, and midweek options for recording attendance. You church can now:
- Record attendance for as many different worship services as you'd like
- Run attendance summary reports to view the head counts and visitor counts for a day, week, month or year
- View the attendance history for people in certain groups, shepherd areas, keywords, etc.
- Find your first time, second time and third time visitors

Contribution Area Enhancements
The contribution entry is now so much faster and more accurate. One of our beta testers said that they've cut their data entry time in half! Running year end statements and donations reports is much easier as well.
- Enter batch header information such as anonymous cash, default fund and batch control totals in one step
- Quickly review all the contributions entered in a batch
- Email quarterly or year end statements to fulfill IRS requirements
- Graph many of the contribution reports
- Find first time donors
- Import online giving
Graduate Classes
The new graduation functionality will save your children's ministry tons of time. You can set up groups to automatically graduate on a child's birthday, or you can set up profiles to go from one class to another class with a click of a button.
Your church now has much more flexibility with the child check in system. You now have the following options for check in users:
- Use the virtual keyboard with a touch screen to check in by name, last 4 of the phone number or the family number
- Use the "rapid check in" option to bypass the confirmation screen to really speed things up
- Define which check in users can use the Quick Enroll to enter visitor information
- Determine the color scheme, logo and header that is displayed on the check in station
Version 11 has also made it much easier to set up Roll Call users and assign them privileges. The privileges are now "english-like" instead of cryptic codes. If you want someone to have access to confidential comments, just mark the box in front of confidential comments. If you want them to have access to contributions, mark contributions.
