Church Attendance SoftwareRoll Call church software can help you manage your church and group attendance:
Record worship attendance. Quickly enter worship attendance from a list of people. Simply type the first few letters of their name. Click on their name or press enter to record their attendance.
Record group attendance. Group attendance can be recorded in several ways. You can use the manual method, similar to recording worship attendance. Simply click on the members name from the attendance screen and their attendance is recorded. To speed things up, you can print the sign in rosters for your classes with bar codes on them. Then to record the attendance, you just need to scan the bar code for the person who attended.
Live Check In. Roll Call software allows you to set up check in stations for your Sunday school or youth group areas. The students may check in using a bar code badge or by entering their name. When someone checks in, their attendance is automatically recorded. Your church can configure the check in process to produce security labels and to record check out as well.
Attendance reports. If you'd like to follow up with folks that haven't attended worship in several weeks, simply run the missing worship report. You define how many weeks absent. You can run the same kind of report for groups or classes, with the group absent/present report. Roll Call software also provides attendance statistics reporting, so you can see which services, groups or classes are really growing. |
