Church Directory SoftwareRoll Call software provides four types of church directories:
The classic directory. This directory is a two column directory. It includes the names, address and home phone number of your congregation. The software allows you to determine who is included in the directory. You can select only certain associations (member, regular attender, etc) or some other query criteria.
The standard directory. Your church has much more control over the formatting and the content of this directory. You select the format ( 2 or 3 column) plus the font and font size. You are also given choices as to the information that can be included. For example, you can choose to include birthdays, ages, email addresses, individual phone numbers, wedding dates and associations.
The picture directory. You can import individual and family pictures into Roll Call church software. The picture directory produced by Roll Call uses the family picture. It prints the picture, names of the family members and the home phone number. Many churches then attach the standard or classic directory to the back of the picture directory so that addresses and additional information can be included.
Group directories. There are two formats for the group directories. You can print a simple one line list of the group members name, phone number, email address, birthday and address. The detail group directory allows you to select group member custom information to include in the directory.
