The 5 pack plan is a plan that allows you to pre-pay for tech support calls at a discounted rate. Pay for 5 calls up front for $100, lowering your cost to $20 per issue/resolution. Version upgrades are not included in this plan.
Pay as you Go
Technical support will always be available to you at a per resolution charge of $30. Upgrades are not included in this plan.
Annual Maintenance - Family Plan
The annual maintenance plan provides you with unlimited technical support via phone or email during business hours. You also receive all version upgrades with this plan. We've found that the folks that enroll in the annual maintenance plan are the most efficient and use the product to its fullest, since help is only a phone call away. The price for the annual maintenance agreement is based on the product you purchase.
