With the purchase of Roll Call church software or Honor Roll non-profit software you receive 90 days free technical support.

After the 90 days, you have three options for technical support: Family Plan or Free Spirit or Free Spirit 5 Pak.

Family Plan is our annual support plan. With this plan you receive unlimited technical support calls or email and free upgrades. We’ve found that our family plan users are the most efficient and use the product to its fullest, since help is only a phone call away. The price for Family plan is also based upon the number of “people” you’ll be keeping in your database.

Free Spirit is our pay as you go plan. We want to be there for you anytime you have a question! If you choose free spirit as your tech support plan, you’ll be charged $30 per call/resolution. Upgrades are not included in this plan. Version upgrade costs range from $60 to $359 based on your configuration.

The Free Spirit 5 pak is a plan that allows you to pre-pay for tech support calls at a discounted cost.  Pay for 5 calls up front for $100, lowering your price to $20 per issue/resolution. Upgrades are not included in this plan.
