By the Book offers 6 different online training classes for Roll Call and Honor Roll. Each class runs approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours. a high speed internet connection is required. The Basics classes are FREE. The price for the in-depth classes is $69. Class size is liited to 14 people , so register now.
Roll Call Basics
The basics class is a high level introduction to the major functionality of Roll Call. This class includes the following topics: signing in and navigation, entering people, finding people, creating directories,correspondence, entering donations, printing donation receipts, creating groups, corresponding with groups. This class is recommended for those users who have had little experience with Roll Call and will be doing some of everything in it.

Honor Roll Basics

This class is recommended for those users who have had little experience with Honor Roll.

Roll Call Membership
The membership class is a detailed view of the "people" part of Roll Call. This class includes the following topics: signing in and navigation, entering new people, using custom fields, entering significant dates, updating family relationships, recording attendance, and creating exports. This class is recommended for those that really want to dive into all the functionality available on the people side of Roll Call.

Roll Call Contributions
The donations class focuses on the "money" part of Roll Call. This class includes the following topics: entering contributions, modifying donations, managing envelope numbers, creating donation receipts, creating donation reports and managing pledges. This class is reommended for the church treasurer or those users who are responsible for managing the contribution information.

Groups and Child Check In
The group class focuses on managing your groups and classes in Roll Call. This class includes the following topics: creating new groups, enrolling members, corresponding with your groups and setting up the child check in system. This class is recommended for the children's ministry leaders, youth group leaders and ministry works who track involvements within the church.

Roll Call Advanced
