Which Installer Type do I need?
First you must decide if you would like to install it on a network with multiple computers connecting to your database or simply one computer. If you only want it on one computer, go with Standalone. If you want to give multiple people access or use multiple check-in stations, install Client and Server.
If you need to, you can copy these installers to a flash drive for installing on other computers.
I want Client/Server. Where do I install each?
The Server Application will only be installed on the computer that is acting as the "Host" or "Server". The computers that need to connect to the database (the server) will only have the Client Application installed.
In other words, you will have one computer with the Server Application and others (likely more than one) with the Client Application.
Note: The Server computer can also have Client installed on it as well.
What if I want to change to a different computer when we go live?
Not a problem. If you're running the trial on a different computer than what you think you will end up using, you can still work with real data and transfer your data file when you are ready to go live. This is as simple as installing the software again, and copying your data file to its new computer (Roll Call Database folder).

What if I need to uninstall the software?
Roll Call can be uninstalled just like any other standard software. On Windows you may uninstall through your Control Panel > Add Remove Programs. On Mac OSX, you may uninstall by dragging your Roll Call Folders to the trash on your dock. Please visit this FAQ for more info on removing Roll Call.
